If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through this website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your name, phone number, email address, postal address, payment information and delivery details.
Any personal information you provide will be subject to our privacy policy. We will not sell, license, transmit or disclose this information outside of Exerpeutic Bike® unless required to by law.
When purchasing a product or service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are using your actual identity. Exerpeutic Bike® reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
When you purchase any products from our website, Exerpeutic Bike® will arrange shipping and delivery per your instructions. We strive to ship all orders within 5 business days – excluding holidays and weekends – after receiving cleared payment.
Title and risk of loss will pass to you when products are delivered to the carrier. You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with your order. We ship only to the address entered with your order.
Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but actual delivery times may vary due to external factors like inclement weather, carrier errors,incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by such events.
If you do not receive your order within the estimated time frame provided, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with you to track and if needed, reship your order.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our exercise bikes and will accept returns or exchanges if your product arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
To initiate a return or exchange, please carefully repackage the unopened product and contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide instructions and arrange pickup or reimburse return shipping costs when returned items are received in like-new condition.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds for accepted returns will be issued within approximately 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. We reserve the right to decline returns or charge restocking fees for used products that are damaged or missing parts.
Product Warranty
Exerpeutic Bike® exercise bikes come with a limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials. Warranty periods vary:
- Frames are covered for 3 years from original purchase date.
- Mechanical and electrical components are covered for 1 year from original purchase date.
- Normal wear items like seats and pedals are covered for 90 days from original purchase date.
If you discover a defect, contact our support team promptly at [email protected] with a description of the issue and your order information. If we confirm a defect covered by this warranty, we will – at our discretion – repair or replace the defective parts or product free of charge. You are responsible for shipping and delivery charges when sending products to us for warranty service.
This warranty does NOT cover damage caused by:
- Improper assembly, maintenance or modifications
- Commercial use or abuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidents, floods, fires or other events outside Exerpeutic’s control
Pricing & Availability
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or offer without prior notice at our sole discretion.
We strive to provide accurate product images, descriptions, availability, pricing and delivery estimates on this website, but inaccuracies may occur due to human error or system issues. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or availability errors before orders are submitted.
Promotional offers are subject to conditions set by the offer terms. Offers have limited quantities and expiry dates and may not be combined with other promotions. Exerpeutic Bike® has sole discretion to determine eligibility for all special offers.
